EatCheck is a small independent project, not a company with a support desk. Messages go to one inbox and a person reads all of them. We answer most within a few days.
There is no contact form here on purpose: a form would collect your details into a database we would then have to look after. Email keeps the exchange between you and us.
This is the message we most want to get. Send the product name or barcode and what the packaging in front of you actually says. Verdicts come from an ingredient list, so a wrong answer usually means either the source record is out of date or our rules missed a spelling.
Please include: product name, barcode if you have it, the country you bought it in.
Our database covers packaged food, and it grows continuously — but it is far from everything on a supermarket shelf. Tell us what you were looking for and we will add it if the source data supports a verdict.
Popular products and whole categories get priority over one-off items.
Questions about how the tool works, requests to use our figures, or anything not covered above. Our method and its limits are documented on the methodology page, which is usually the fastest answer.

EatCheck is not a certification body and does not give medical advice. If you have coeliac disease or a severe allergy, the physical label is the only source that counts.
