Gluten Free Chips

We ran 1,875 chips through our gluten free rules: 24 pass, 12 need a label check, and 354 don't make it.

Potato and corn are safe bases, so plain crisps mostly pass. Trouble arrives with seasonings: wheat-based flavour carriers, malt vinegar powders and soy sauce notes in some flavours. Factory cross-contact warnings account for most of the uncertain column.
