Gluten Free Dairy

We ran 539 dairy through our gluten free rules: 24 pass, 12 need a label check, and 95 don't make it.

Milk, plain yogurt and real cheese carry no gluten, so most of the aisle passes. The failures are additions: malted milk drinks, yogurts with cereal or biscuit corners, and the occasional starch thickener of unstated origin. Plain products are the safe default.

Verdicts are automated checks based on Open Food Facts data. Formulations change, so always confirm on the physical label.
